Description of the Service

TradeProfAI is a web app and browser extension that uses AI to analyze crypto and forex trading chart images you upload, providing a technical scenario summary with a scenario reference price, technical levels, and an analysis score.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Account Creation and Your Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and current information when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (email, password) confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to TradeProfAI’s software, algorithms, or infrastructure.
• Abuse the Service through bots, scrapers, or other automated tools, or place excessive load on our servers.
• Attempt to access another user’s account without authorization.

Intellectual Property

The TradeProfAI application, its design, logo, and brand are owned by us and protected by copyright.

The chart images you upload remain yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process them solely to provide the Service to you (generating and storing your analysis).

Plans

TradeProfAI is offered under the following plans. Prices are in US dollars.

• Free ($0): 3 analyses per month, all methodologies, and basic support. Once your monthly allowance is used, no further analyses can be run until the start of the next month.
• Pro ($9.99/month): 100 analyses per month, all methodologies, and priority support. Once the monthly allowance is used, no further analyses can be run until the start of the next month.
• Unlimited Monthly ($29.99/month): unlimited analyses, all methodologies, and priority support. Subject to the fair use principle (a monthly threshold of 1,000 analyses, see Fair Use).
• Unlimited Yearly ($279.99/year): all features of the Unlimited Monthly plan, billed annually at a lower monthly cost. Subject to the fair use principle (the threshold is counted separately for each month throughout the year, see Fair Use).

Notifications and Support

Notable development emails (Notable Development Signals) for the pairs on your watchlist are sent by email, only on Pro and Unlimited plans, and can be turned off with the switch on the page (see Fair Use and the Not Investment Advice section above): they are automated technical detections, for educational and informational purposes only, and do not constitute investment advice.

The Daily Watchlist Report (Pro and Unlimited plans only) is a technical review generated automatically from historical price data for the pairs you choose: the commentary is written with AI, while price and indicator values are calculated from market data. The report is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice (see the Not Investment Advice section above). You can turn the report email off at any time in your account settings or via the link in the email.

A daily market news email is planned to be included in all plans; it will not be sent until the feature is launched. Priority support is included in paid plans, and the Free plan receives basic support.

Fair Use

Unlimited plans have no hard cap on the number of analyses. To keep the service reliable for all users, however, the Unlimited Monthly and Unlimited Yearly plans apply a fair use threshold of 1,000 analyses per month (on the Unlimited Yearly plan, the threshold is counted separately for each calendar month). Once this threshold is exceeded, service performance may be temporarily slowed (the number of analyses you can run per minute is reduced to 1); your account is not blocked and your requests are not rejected.

This slowdown lasts until the end of that month and lifts automatically at the start of the next month. In cases of abuse, such as automated bulk use or resale of the service, the Acceptable Use section applies in addition.

Changes to and Termination of the Service

We reserve the right to modify the Service, its features, or these Terms with prior notice. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of AI-generated analysis results. TradeProfAI is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including financial losses, arising from your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected.

Governing Language

These Terms are published in Turkish and English. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the two versions, the Turkish version prevails.
