What Data We Collect

While using TradeProfAI, we collect the following data:

• Account information: the email address and password you provide at signup (passwords are never stored in plain text).
• Uploaded chart images: the trading chart screenshots you upload for analysis, via the browser extension or the web app.
• Analysis results and usage history: generated analysis results, your watchlist, the pairs on your watchlist, and the trade notes you enter.

How We Use Your Data

• To analyze the charts you upload and provide you with a strategy suggestion.
• To send an email notification when a technical development is detected on a symbol you are watching.
• To manage your account (sign-in, watchlist, trade history).
• To improve the service and diagnose issues.

Who We Share Your Data With

We never sell your data. To provide the service, we share only what’s necessary with the following trusted providers:

• Supabase — the database infrastructure hosting your account, authentication, and all application data.
• Anthropic — the chart images you upload are sent to this AI service to generate the analysis.
• Paddle — our Merchant of Record for payments; Paddle, not TradeProfAI, legally collects your payment, and your card details never reach or are stored on our servers.
• Resend — the email infrastructure used to send account and signal notifications.

Your Rights Under Turkish Law (KVKK)

Under Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), the entity operating TradeProfAI, [company name and address to be added], acts as the data controller.

Under KVKK Article 11, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, request information about it, learn its purpose and whether it’s used accordingly, know the third parties it’s transferred to (domestically or abroad), request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request its deletion or destruction in accordance with the law, and request that these actions be notified to the third parties it was transferred to.

Additional Rights Under GDPR (EU Users)

If you’re located in the European Union, you also have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Data portability: request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Right to object: object to processing of your data for certain purposes.
• Right to restrict processing: request that processing of your data be limited under certain conditions.
• Right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data is deleted within a reasonable period, except where a legal retention obligation applies (for example, Paddle’s own retention periods for payment records under applicable regulations).

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures (encrypted connections, access controls, and our providers’ own security certifications) to protect your data. That said, no method of transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure.
